Role: Project Manager (Pharma)

Location: REMOTE with Travel occasionally to Chicago, Minneapolis

Job description: The successful candidate would possess project management and a background in regulated GxP processes of Healthcare & Life Sciences. As a project manager, the role will also involve working with vendors, business, and IT team members.

• Ideally knowledgeable in #ServiceMax and/or field service who can handle complexity and finish the rollout including mobile forms on iPad with Docusign.
• Interact with subject matter experts to oversee delivery processes and requirements.
• Understanding of the regulated Software Life Cycle (SLC) Quality and validation support processes 
• Managing the requirements, enhancement requests, and work items to meet business needs and project timelines.
• Developing work plans, schedules, project estimates, and status reports
• Managing and updating the support/release roadmap of major business/technical initiatives
• Organizing and leading project meetings and ensuring meeting action items are addressed.

Requirements:

• Experience: 10+ years of experience in commercial projects
• PMP or related certifications are highly preferred.
• Should have a solid understanding of the GxP processses, and Software Testing Life Cycle and Release management (DevOps) phases including knowledge of tools like Jira, HP ALM, etc.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including presentation skills,
