Hiring: Oracle EPM Production Support Consultant

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPM Production Support Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle ARCS, FCCS, and/or Narrative Reporting.
The consultant will be responsible for L2 production support, incident resolution, financial close support, integration troubleshooting, application monitoring, and root cause analysis across Oracle EPM applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2 production support for Oracle EPM applications, including ARCS, FCCS, and Narrative Reporting.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities.
- Investigate and resolve production incidents, service requests, and application performance issues.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring production issues.
- Coordinate with L3 teams and technical teams to implement permanent fixes.
- Troubleshoot:
- Data load failures
- Account reconciliation issues
- Consolidation errors
- Reporting failures
- Integration issues
- Support security, user provisioning, workflows, and approval processes.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integrations between Oracle ERP, Oracle EPM, and external systems.
- Maintain SOPs, support documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge repositories.
- Participate in incident, problem, change, and release management activities.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of Oracle EPM experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with one or more of the following:
- Oracle ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service)
- Oracle FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service)
- Oracle Narrative Reporting
- Experience supporting financial close and reporting processes.
- Hands-on knowledge of:
- EPM Automate
- Data Management
- Smart View
- Oracle EPM integrations
- Experience with production support and incident management.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Experience with RCA, problem management, change management, and release management.
- Ability to work effectively with business users, functional teams, technical teams, and L3 support.
Preferred
- Experience with Oracle ERP/EBS/Fusion integration with EPM.
- Experience working in a 24x7 or enterprise production support environment.
- Prior experience supporting financial close cycles in large organizations.
- Candidates local to Warren, New Jersey are preferred, but strong remote candidates across the USA will be considered.
