RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Technology Lead to play a critical role in a large-scale enterprise cloud transformation initiative. This Remote position will provide technical leadership across Oracle Fusion Cloud platforms, helping drive architecture, integration, data migration, testing, deployment, and operational readiness. The ideal candidate will serve as the senior technical authority for Oracle Cloud solutions, partnering with business leaders, internal technology teams, and implementation partners to deliver secure, scalable, and business-focused technology solutions.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
* Oracle Cloud certification
* 10+ years of enterprise technology experience with progressive technical leadership responsibilities
* Experience leading at least three full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations in a senior technical role
* Strong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), APIs, middleware, enterprise integrations, and data migration strategies
* Experience managing implementation partners, technical vendors, and cross-functional delivery teams
* Deep expertise with Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture, including ERP, CX Sales, and/or EPM
* Proven success defining technical strategy and governing enterprise-scale cloud implementations
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to present technical concepts to executive leadership
* Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
Preferred Experience:
* OCI and/or OIC certifications
* PMP certification and/or advanced degree in a related field
* Experience supporting enterprise programs spanning ERP, CX Sales, and EPM platforms
* Experience with large-scale, multi-workstream cloud transformation initiatives
* Experience leading production readiness, cutover planning, and post-go-live support activities
* Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) and Oracle AI capabilities
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
