JOB DISCRIPTION:-

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated .NET Technical Lead to join our team in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on expertise in .NET technologies along with proven technical leadership experience. This role requires leading development initiatives, mentoring team members, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.

The candidate should be comfortable working in Agile environments and possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required Skills

10+ years of hands-on experience in .NET application development
3–4+ years of experience in a Technical Lead or Team Lead role
Strong expertise in:

C#
ASP.NET
.NET Core
.NET Framework
MVC
Web API
RESTful Services
Entity Framework

Strong front-end development experience with:

HTML
CSS
JavaScript
Angular and/or React

Experience with Python scripting
Strong database experience with:

MS SQL Server
Complex SQL Queries
Stored Procedures
Performance Optimization

Knowledge of PostgreSQL is a plus
Experience with:

NUnit or similar testing frameworks
Git version control
CI/CD pipelines
Azure DevOps
GitHub Actions

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience working with ServiceNow
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

Lead, mentor, and guide a team of software developers
Conduct requirement analysis and provide technical direction
Perform code reviews and ensure development best practices are followed
Drive technical decision-making and development standards

Architecture & Development

Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance .NET applications and services
Build clean, maintainable, and efficient code using .NET technologies
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and enterprise web applications
Ensure application performance, scalability, and security standards are met
