Essential Functions:
• Prepare and produce Army Readiness data using Operational Research Analysis methods for the Army Strategic Readiness (ASRA) and other strategic documents.
• Prepare briefings, information/decision papers, policy documents, staffing packages, letters, communicating the Army’s readiness level to Army Senior leadership used to inform the monthly Total Army Readiness Review (TARR), the Joint Forces Readiness Review (JFRR), Joint Combat Capability Assessment (JCCA), the Semi‐annual Readiness Report to Congress (SRRC) and other strategic efforts.
• Frame and develop readiness issues/topics for discussion/decision with the DoD Readiness Community as part of the Strategic Readiness Assessment Group (SRAG).
• Produce and develop Execution Orders (EXORDS), memorandums and official multimedia correspondence related to Army readiness concepts, doctrine, and policy production of analytical products for Congressional testimonies.
• Prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.

Required Skills/Abilities:
• Detailed-oriented with excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficient in planning and execution of working groups and forums at the Colonel thru General Officer level.
• Ability to interact with Senior Members of the Army Staff, to include the Executive Office of the Headquarters.
• Must be able to think critically and apply analytical methodologies to raw data in order to present clear and precise recommendations.
• Maintain the highest professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Mission oriented and requires minimal supervision in the fast paced, critical environment of the Army Headquarters.
• Must have the ability to work within Government provided software packages with emphasis on MS products, for example, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Required Clearance/Other:
• ACTIVE CLEARANCE LEVEL REQUIRED: Top Secret w/ SCI
Education and Experience:
• Must have a Master''s Degree in business administration, public administration or similar field.
• At least ten (10) years’ of military experience
• Prior military service in the Army is highly preferred.
Work Environment:
This position will be co-located with customer and other contractors in Government office spaces. While not generally authorized, telework may be required due to exceptional circumstances (extreme weather, pandemic, etc).
