Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a collaborative engineering team working on enterprise applications, eCommerce platforms, and a growing pipeline of new products.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on .NET/C# experience, solid experience with React/TypeScript, and exposure to Python for backend/API development. Strong communication, collaboration, ownership, and problem-solving skills are extremely important for this role.

Experience with AI/Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and context engineering is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable full-stack applications using .NET/C#, React/TypeScript, and Python.
• Build and maintain backend APIs and integrations using modern REST and microservices architectures.
• Develop enterprise and eCommerce applications supporting business-critical workflows.
• Build cloud-native solutions using Microsoft Azure services.
• Work with Azure services including AKS, App Services, Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, Blob Storage, Azure Data Factory, Service Bus, API Management, Key Vault, Redis, and Azure Functions.
• Develop event-driven and asynchronous systems using Azure Service Bus and related technologies.
• Design and implement secure, scalable APIs and backend integrations.
• Integrate applications with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and WMS.
• Develop modern front-end experiences using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to architectural improvements.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments using Azure DevOps and Git.
• Contribute to Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Apply AI capabilities and modern AI-assisted development practices where appropriate.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Take ownership of deliverables, openly communicate challenges, and contribute to a strong team culture.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience building and supporting full-stack applications.
• 5+ years of strong hands-on .NET/C# experience.
• Strong experience with React.js and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Python, preferably for backend/API development.
• Strong SQL and stored procedure experience.
• Experience developing REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based application development, preferably Azure.
• Experience with enterprise applications, B2B platforms, or eCommerce is highly desirable.
• Experience with authentication and authorization using OAuth2/OpenID Connect or similar technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and Git.
• Experience with CI/CD and automated deployment practices.
• Experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a close-knit engineering team.
• Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and willingness to openly communicate challenges and mistakes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agentic AI / AI Agents.
• Experience with Prompt Engineering and Context Engineering.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or Codex.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, or Document Intelligence.
• Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Experience with Azure API Management, Service Bus, Redis, Key Vault, Azure Monitor, and Application Insights.
• Experience working with B2B commerce and eCommerce platforms.
• Experience integrating ERP, CRM, or WMS systems.
• Experience with Okta, OAuth, or OpenID Connect.
• Familiarity with Microsoft''s Well-Architected Framework.
• Azure certifications are a plus.
