We are looking for IAM Engineer for our client in Charlotte, NC

Job Title: IAM Engineer

Job Location: Charlotte, NC

Job Type: Contract

Job Description:

The Need to Know Rule Create and enforce policies so that people only have access to the specific files or tools they need for their joband nothing more.
Automation Instead of manually granting access to every new hire candidates build smart systems that automatically give people the right permissions based on their job title.
Cleanup Auditing Regularly check our keyring to remove access for people who have left the company or changed roles ensuring no backdoors are left open.
Security Partnership Work closely with our Cloud Program Manager and Security teams to make sure our cloud house is locked down tight from day one.
The Gatekeeper Mindset candidates have experience managing user identities and permissions in a professional setting ideally in Google Cloud.
Problem Solver candidates can look at a complex organization and figure out the simplest safest way to organize thousands of different user permissions.
Attention to Detail candidates the type of person who notices when a single lock is out of place.
Collaboration candidates can talk to a software developer about their technical needs and then explain to a manager why certain security rules are in place.
Tool Knowledge Familiarity with tools like Okta Azure AD or Google Workspace is a huge plus.
