We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Senior Reliability Engineer to join our manufacturing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a team of talented professionals in a fast-paced, innovative, and collaborative environment. The Senior Reliability Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our manufacturing systems and equipment.

Responsibilities:
As a Senior Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for:

1. Leading and managing the reliability engineering activities to improve and sustain the performance of manufacturing systems and equipment.
2. Developing and implementing maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods to reduce downtime and improve productivity.
3. Performing root cause analysis of equipment failures and implementing corrective actions.
4. Designing and conducting reliability tests to validate the performance and life expectancy of equipment and components.
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure equipment reliability and performance meet the manufacturing requirements.
6. Providing technical support and guidance to maintenance and operation teams.
7. Conducting training sessions on reliability engineering principles and practices.
8. Staying abreast of the latest advancements in reliability engineering and incorporating new techniques and technologies into the maintenance strategy.
9. Participating in the design and installation of new equipment to ensure reliability and maintainability.
10. Preparing and presenting reliability reports to management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Senior Reliability Engineer position should have the following qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in reliability engineering in the manufacturing industry.
3. Proven experience with pneumatic systems.
4. Strong knowledge of reliability engineering principles and practices.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
6. Proficiency in using reliability analysis and predictive maintenance tools.
7. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
9. Strong technical writing skills with the ability to prepare and present reliability reports.
10. Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
11. Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic environment.
12. Willingness to stay updated with the latest advancements in reliability engineering and to continuously enhance technical skills.
