Summary

Leidos is seeking a SharePoint & Power Platform Administrator to manage and maintain the collaboration environment for the CBP Cyber Security Directorate (CSD). In this role you will own the structure, content, and usability of CSD's SharePoint sites, administer Microsoft Power Platform solutions, and manage taskers to ensure timely, complete, and compliant responses across all CSD divisions.

This is a hands-on content and platform administration role. You'll be the go-to person keeping CSD's SharePoint and Teams environment organized, accessible, and running smoothly - directly supporting the mission of a high-visibility federal Security Operations Center.

What You'll Do:
  • Maintain and optimize the structure, navigation, and layout of CSD SharePoint sites.
  • Administer and review user permissions, access control, and compliance with CSD and CBP security policies.
  • Provide direct support to CSD SharePoint users, including troubleshooting common issues.
  • Ensure Section 508 (accessibility) compliance across all SharePoint sites.
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for reporting and metrics.
  • Manage and monitor taskers coming into CSD to ensure completion and compliance across divisions.
  • Develop an annual operational calendar capturing yearly operations and training schedules.
  • Draft and finalize new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), processes, and playbooks.
  • Provide content support, editing, and formatting for the CSD monthly newsletter.

Required Qualifications:
  • BS in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, and 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • 4-8 years designing and developing within the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Portal, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint), with an emphasis on SharePoint Online and Teams.
  • Skilled in the design and maintenance of SharePoint/Teams applications, web pages, and permission settings.
  • Experience with Power BI dashboard development.
  • Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and execution skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills and excellent oral and written communication.
  • Resourceful and self-directed - able to identify and use approved resources with minimal direction.
  • Able to report to the Ashburn, VA office up to 5 days per week.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Active Secret clearance or higher.
  • Experience as a SharePoint site collection administrator.
  • Knowledge of website UX/UI best practices.
  • Experience with automated reporting from Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM) and network system scans.
  • Process development and integration with enterprise applications such as SharePoint and SQL database applications.
  • Knowledge of FISMA, the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and federal cybersecurity requirements.
  • Strong leadership skills, analytical thinking, and independent decision-making.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage and prioritize your own work.
