Job Details

Title: Technical Program Manager

Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid)

Duration: 6 months

Here are the high level requirements for the role:

Skillset required (Baseline):

  • Agile and Waterfall project management
  • technical program/product management
  • excellent verbal and written communication
  • requirements documentation, business analysis
  • issue triaging, root cause analysis, problem solving
  • partner management

Additional experience (Preferred):

  • Supply chain process experience across Logistics and Retail fulfillment,

Tools used (not a comprehensive list): Slack, Wrike, Keynote, Quip (spreadsheet and word processing), Excel, Mail, Calendar, several internal tools (SAP, RADAR, etc.).

Scope of Work:

  1. Manage multiple projects that are driving enhancements/new capabilities across multiple internal applications over their lifecycle. Projects will be at varying stages in their lifecycle.
    • Weekly
    • Monthly
    • Ad hoc
    • UAT coordination
    • Issue Triaging
    • Reporting
    • Work with Business and BPR teams (WW/AMR/EMEIA/APAC) on requirements documentation and prioritization.
    • Work with Engineering/I S&T teams to review requirements and assess any gaps .
    • Manage project core team calls and communication with a broad XF stakeholder team.
    • Lead UAT
    • Support system go-live cutover and warranty.
    • Proactively identify risks and work on mitigating these risks ahead of time.
