Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Systems Analyst, you will be a critical driver in maximizing the overall performance of our Revenue Cycle Divisions, directly contributing to our mission of cultivating a high-performing and efficient healthcare environment. This role serves as a key strategic partner for the Physician Enterprise Revenue Cycle, leveraging your expertise to optimize financial results, process stability, and ultimately improve patient outcomes through data-driven insights.

Every day you will manage and support existing capabilities related to the standardization and consolidation of daily, weekly, and monthly revenue cycle reporting. You'll collect, synthesize, and communicate relevant information through data analytics to support strategic decisions, perform financial opportunity assessments, and facilitate the development of benchmarking and comparative key revenue cycle metrics. This includes developing and running monthly analytics, assisting with charge router work queues, and collaborating with management to implement strategies and improve system performance.

To be successful in this healthcare IT analyst role, you will need 3-5 years of experience within Revenue Cycle or a healthcare setting, demonstrating strong computing abilities to balance multiple tasks and analyze complex data. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required. We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical self-starter with excellent communication skills, capable of cultivating strong internal and external relationships, and committed to adhering to all regulations and policies to drive "revenue integrity optimization" and ensure the success of our financial services.
