Pay: $17-$19 per hour (based on experience)
Shift: 1st Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (flexible schedule offered between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday - Friday)
Job SummaryThe Electronic Assembly Technician will work at various stations, performing a range of tasks, including assembling and testing electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies, gluing sub-assemblies, and mechanical assembly of force measurement products. You will collaborate closely with production management to ensure the timely and high-quality manufacturing of products.
Essential Functions
- Gluing sub-assemblies using 2-part epoxy
- General mechanical assembly with hand, powered, or pneumatic tools
- Integrating PCBs and other electronic components into Bertec products
- Soldering wiring to PCB boards
- Assembling wire harnesses, cables, and electronic sub-assemblies
- Calibrating and testing products
- Lifting and physically handling components (up to 70 lbs, or 140 lbs with team assistance)

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to read blueprints and wiring schematics
- 1+ years of experience with electronics assembly, soldering, and mechanical assembly
- Ability to maintain accurate product calibration and testing records
