Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Compensation, Benefits, and Job Analysis Specialists to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Lead the design, configuration, and delivery of Workday Compensation solutions.
- Gather and document requirements, develop user stories, and provide functional recommendations to stakeholders.
- Support testing, implementation, rollout, and cutover activities for Workday solutions.
- Provide functional guidance, knowledge transfer, and ongoing application support to project and business teams.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
6+ years of experience with Workday HCM and Compensation, including functional design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support.

|
Technical Skills
|
Workday HCM, Workday Compensation, Workday Configuration, Requirements Analysis, User Story Development, End-to-End Testing, ERP Systems
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
Compensation Management, Human Capital Management, HR Operations, Business Process Analysis, Functional Consulting, Stakeholder Management
|
|
Communication
|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation
|
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

|
Work Authorization
|
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.
