Summary

·          Job Role: Appian Practice Leader

·          Location: Remote (EST)

·          Duration: Long Term

·          Job Description:

·          ·  Engage directly with business stakeholders

·          ·  Gather and document business requirements

·          ·  Architect the overall solution

·          ·  Provide technical leadership and guide the team through design challenges and implementation issues

·          ·  Interact with product teams

·          ·  Perform high level QA test.

·          Ideally, the candidate should have 10–15 years of Appian experience, be hands-on, and be capable of leading the engagement independently.

·          The expectation is for this individual to build and lead a team of 2–3 Appian resources, establish credibility with the customer, and demonstrate company ability to successfully deliver the engagement. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
