Job Description:

• Manage end-to-end Pega project delivery, including scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and resources.

• Coordinate with business and IT stakeholders to define requirements, priorities, and project milestones.

• Lead Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog management, and release planning.

• Manage onsite/offshore teams across development, QA, architecture, and operations.

• Oversee SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production release readiness.

• Track project KPIs, delivery progress, quality metrics, and executive status reporting.

Required Skills:

• 12+ years of IT experience, including 7+ years in enterprise project management.

• Strong experience in Pega project delivery and Agile/Scrum/SAFe methodologies.

• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.

• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, and distributed teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred: Automotive/OEM experience, warranty or claims processes, PMP/SAFe certification, and business process transformation experience.
