Location: Mountain View, California (Remote)
Role Overview
This position supports network hardware planning across demand and supply planning functions. The role involves interfacing with stakeholders on technical and project matters from initiation through delivery. Key responsibilities include generating weekly demand or supply supportability for specific networking devices, creating project schedules, status reports, and functional specifications to guide project implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Interface with clients on technical matters and project subject matters from initiation through delivery.
- Provide program/project schedules and create status reports.
- Develop functional specifications, requirements, and scope to inform implementation decisions.
- Support network hardware planning by generating weekly demand or supply supportability reports for specific devices.
- Maintain tracking and traceability of week-over-week changes in demand, supply, and supportability messaging.
- Perform deep analysis of all source data, calculations, and assumptions to develop documentation for supply chain processes and reports.
- Lead continuous improvement of existing processes or Power BI reports and partner with engineering teams to develop internal tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including demand planning, supply planning, and sourcing, to enhance existing tooling capabilities.
Required Qualifications
Education:- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or a related field with 7+ years of relevant experience.
- OR Master's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or a related field with 4+ years of relevant experience.
Experience:- Experience in supply planning, operations, supply chain, indirect supply planning, technology-related supply chain, sourcing, or manufacturing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Technical Skills:- A deep understanding of MS-SQL, Kusto, and BI is required.
- Experience with Power BI for creating reports and dashboards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with a major technology company.
- Strong technical aptitude with excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to influence business and technical decision-makers.
- Demonstrated ability to lead continuous improvement of processes or PBI reports.
