About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle OTM & GTM Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our Oracle Practice as a Full-Time Employee. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a large-scale, strategic implementation at a client location in Grapevine, TX.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in end-to-end logistics, transportation planning, and global trade compliance, along with strong hands-on implementation experience in Oracle OTM & GTM solutions.

Local or nearby Dallas, TX candidates are preferred (travel expenses are not approved).

Required Experience

12 15+ years of overall experience
Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle OTM & GTM implementations
Proven track record leading multiple large-scale OTM & GTM implementations across industries and transportation modes (road, rail, ocean, air)
Strong knowledge of global trade processes and trade treaty compliance
Deep understanding of end-to-end logistics and transportation planning

Mandatory Requirement

Strong experience integrating OTM & GTM with SAP (mandatory)

Integration Experience

Experience integrating OTM/GTM with:
- SAP (Mandatory)
- Oracle Cloud ERP
- JD Edwards (JDE)
- Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
Knowledge of integration frameworks including IDocs, APIs, middleware patterns

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the Functional OTM & GTM SME for Oracle Practice initiatives
Lead full-cycle OTM & GTM implementations
Conduct solution design workshops for transportation planning, execution, and trade compliance
Design and validate ERP integration strategies ensuring seamless data flow
Oversee configuration of OTM/GTM modules (planning, optimization, carrier management, freight settlement, trade compliance)
Advise on global trade treaty implications and compliance requirements
Support pre-sales initiatives and sales campaigns
Provide best practice guidance for scalable, multi-industry deployments

Soft Skills

Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
Experience working with distributed onshore/offshore teams
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
