Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced ERP Developer (PeopleSoft Financials) to support a critical legacy-to-PeopleSoft migration project. The role involves analyzing legacy .NET systems, reverse-engineering business logic, and enabling seamless data migration into PeopleSoft environments.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and reverse-engineer legacy .NET applications
  • Extract, transform, and migrate complex data into PeopleSoft Financials
  • Develop, test, and maintain ERP applications using PeopleTools
  • Ensure smooth integration of software within ERP systems
  • Work on SQL Server stored procedures and Oracle databases
  • Document technical designs, workflows, and legacy logic
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams
  • Perform standard SDLC activities (design, development, testing, deployment)

 

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of overall ERP / application development experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
    • PeopleSoft Financials
    • PeopleTools (8.59 or higher)
    • Oracle Database
  • Ability to read and interpret:
    • .NET (C#, ) code
    • SQL Server stored procedures
  • Experience with complex data migrations (Legacy → PeopleSoft)
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
