What You'll Do- Respond to IT support tickets
- Support users via email, chat, phone, and in person
- Troubleshoot:
- Password and account access issues
- WiFi and connectivity problems
- Printers, peripherals, and basic hardware
- Learn alongside experienced IT professionals and develop real-world technical skills
ScheduleWe operate in a 24/7 environment. Most schedules are standard business hours, but flexibility for evenings, nights, or weekends is a plus.
