Title:- Power Platform Architect
Location: Remote
Update from Hiring Manager:- This role is more focused on advanced Power Platform capabilities. This is an architect-level role. primarily on RPA or SharePoint will not meet the requirements for this role.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Architect with 15+ years of overall IT experience and a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate should possess strong solution architecture capabilities and extensive experience in designing, implementing, and governing enterprise-scale automation and AI solutions. The role requires expertise in Copilot Studio, Model Context Protocol (MCP) implementation, AI Builder, Power Automate Cloud Flows, Power Automate Desktop, Dataverse, Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, custom connectors, security architecture, and CI/CD practices. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to identify and formalize automation opportunities, establish governance standards, and drive enterprise
adoption of Power Platform solutions. This role also involves mentoring and nurturing business and citizen development teams, enabling them to effectively leverage Power Platform capabilities while ensuring security, scalability, and maintainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Architecture & Delivery
- Design and implement enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Architect scalable applications using Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse,
- Power Automate Cloud Flows, and Power Automate Desktop.
- Define reusable solution patterns, governance frameworks, and best practices.
- Lead technical discussions and provide architectural guidance across multiple projects.
AI & Copilot Capabilities
- Design and implement AI-powered solutions using Copilot Studio.
- Implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) and agentic AI capabilities.
- Develop intelligent agents integrated with enterprise knowledge sources and external
- systems.
- Build AI-driven automations using AI Builder, document processing, and generative AI
Capabilities.
- Integration & Enterprise Systems
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with enterprise applications and Line-of-Business
- systems.
- Experience integrating with systems such as SAP , Salesforce etc .
- Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Power Platform Build
Tools.
(Knowledge of Dynamics 365 is not mandatory.)
- Security Architecture
- Develop and manage custom connectors with authentication mechanisms.
- Implement role-based access control and Dataverse security.
- Ensure secure integrations with internal and external systems.
Business Engagement & Enablement
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.
- Help business teams formalize and translate ideas into scalable Power Platform
- solutions.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Mentor citizen developers and junior team members.
- Drive Power Platform adoption and Center of Excellence (CoE) initiatives.
