Introduction
We are seeking an Experienced Automotive Technician to join a modern independent repair shop. This is an excellent opportunity for an A-Level Automotive Technician or a highly skilled B-Level Automotive Technician with strong diagnostic abilities who is looking to earn top pay while working a Monday?Friday schedule with no weekends. You\'ll join a team committed to quality repairs, honesty, and continued professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle systems.
- Perform advanced electrical and drivability diagnostics.
- Complete accurate, high-quality repairs in a timely manner.
- Utilize modern diagnostic equipment and shop software to identify and resolve vehicle concerns.
- Document repairs and communicate effectively with the team to ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and professionalism.
Qualifications
- A-Level Automotive Technician experience preferred, or High-Level B-Level Technician with strong diagnostic ability.
- Experience performing electrical and drivability diagnostics.
- Ability to diagnose and repair multiple automotive systems.
- Own a personal set of automotive tools.
- ASE Certifications preferred, or willingness to earn them.
Compensation & Benefits
- Flat-rate pay: $40?$50 per flagged hour (Based on experience)
- Estimated annual earning potential: $85,000?$130,000+ (based on experience and actual earnings are not guaranteed).
