Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer with strong experience in Generative AI, Agentic AI, Azure Cloud, and Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale AI solutions while working closely with engineering and business teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions
- Develop Agentic AI applications using A2A frameworks and MCP Protocol
- Build and optimize RAG, vector embedding, prompt engineering, and context engineering solutions
- Deploy and manage AI workloads on Azure Cloud
- Develop cloud-native applications using Azure Functions and Container Apps
- Design data solutions using Azure AI Search, Redis, Cosmos DB, Blob Storage, and Iceberg
- Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for enterprise use cases
- Ensure scalability, security, and performance of AI applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers
- Support healthcare-focused AI solutions with compliance and security requirements
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI frameworks
- Hands-on experience with MCP Protocol and multi-agent architectures
- Advanced Python development experience
- Strong Azure Cloud experience
- Experience with Azure AI Search, Redis, Cosmos DB, and cloud-native architectures
- Experience with vector databases, embeddings, RAG, and prompt engineering
- Knowledge of microservices, containers, and serverless technologies
- Experience working in Healthcare or other regulated environments
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field
- Azure AI Engineer or Azure Solutions Architect certification
- Experience contributing to AI/ML research, publications, or open-source projects
