Salary: $70,000–$73,000/year
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor''s degree in Accounting is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience; relevant internship experience may be considered.
- CPA eligibility is required; active CPA certification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Role - Audit Manager
Location: Lincolnshire, IL
Work Arrangement: On-site
Salary: $110,000–$142,000/year
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor''s degree in Accounting is required.
- Master''s degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred.
- Active CPA license is required.
- 5+ years of public accounting / A&A experience.
- 5+ years of financial statement audit experience.
- 2+ years of supervisory or management experience.
- Strong experience leading and managing audit engagements.
- Proven team leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
- Strong knowledge of accounting and auditing standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and project-management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office and accounting/audit software skills.
- Excellent client-service and relationship-management skills
Role - Tax Manager
Location: Chicago, IL / Lincolnshire, IL
Work Arrangement: Hybrid / On-site
Salary: $130,000–$190,000/year
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor''s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 7+ years of public accounting tax experience.
- Active CPA license is required.
- Strong individual taxation experience.
- Strong experience with estate, gift, and trust taxation.
- Experience reviewing complex individual and fiduciary tax returns.
- Strong tax planning and advisory experience.
- Demonstrated experience working with high-net-worth/private clients.
- Strong client relationship-management skills.
- Leadership, coaching, and mentoring experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project-management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple complex engagements and deadlines
The ideal candidate may come from a Public Accounting Associate, Audit Associate, Assurance Associate, CAS Associate, or Staff Accountant background and should have experience working with clients and supporting accounting, reporting, audit, or advisory activities.
