Job Title: Technical Product Manager (PM) Leadership Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Marketing Manager (PMM) with strong leadership capabilities and stakeholder management expertise. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC), Agile methodologies, JIRA, and Microsoft tools, and a proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration between technical, sales, and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead product marketing strategy for technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Manage and influence key stakeholders at multiple levels across the organization.
• Translate technical capabilities into clear value propositions and go-to-market messaging.
• Drive product launches, positioning, and competitive analysis.
• Work within Agile frameworks, participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cycles.
• Utilize SFDC (Salesforce) for pipeline tracking, reporting, and sales enablement support.
• Manage workflows and track deliverables using JIRA.
• Prepare executive presentations, reports, and dashboards using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and strategic direction to junior team members where applicable.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing or Technical Product roles.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC).
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience working with JIRA for project tracking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in B2B technology or SaaS environments.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Experience managing product launches or GTM strategy.
