Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Configure licensing and permit-processing functionality.
Develop customer records, application/renewal workflows and approval processes.
Build integrations involving laboratory invoices, financial systems, banks and AR customer data.
Develop C# plug-ins, Custom APIs and Web API/OData integrations.
Build scheduled and event-driven integrations using Power Automate, Azure Functions or Logic Apps.
Develop Business Process Flows, dashboards, forms and views.
Support testing, defect management and production releases.

Required Skills:

3+ years of Dynamics 365 / Dataverse configuration and development.
C# Plug-ins, Custom Workflow Activities, Custom APIs.
Web API and OData.
Power Automate.
Azure Functions or Logic Apps.
File-based integrations including SFTP, scheduled imports, error handling and reprocessing.
Financial/banking interface experience.
Business Process Flows and model-driven applications.
Unit testing and defined release processes.

Preferred Certifications:

PL-400 – Power Platform Developer
PL-200
MB-280
AZ-204

Nice to Have:

State financial system integration experience.
Fee calculation/payment reconciliation.
Public-sector or regulated environment experience.
Azure Service Bqueue-based integration patterns.
