AI Program Manager/Delivery Lead

NOTE - THERE ARE 2 ROLES - 1-AI PROGRAM DELIVERY LEAD 2-AI PROGRAM MANAGER

Role: AI Program Delivery Lead Job Location: New York Duration: 6+ Months Work Model: 3 days Onsite & 2 days Remote Interview: MS Teams Video Education: Bachelor's Degree Certifications: PMI, PgMP, PMP, SAFe, or equivalent certifications.

The Program Delivery Lead oversees complex, multi-workstream efforts, establishing governance, managing risks and dependencies, driving executive communications, and ensuring successful delivery against business objectives and expected outcomes. The Program Delivery Lead is responsible for supporting Enterprise AI's strategic delivery and operational execution efforts across reusable platform capabilities, cross-functional initiatives, and emerging business use cases.

NOTE-Candidates must be in the NY market and available for Hybrid work in the NYC office, minimum 3 days per week.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
10+ years of experience in program management, portfolio management, transformation, or strategic delivery.
Experience leading large and complex projects across multiple teams.
Strong experience in business, technology, digital, data, or enterprise transformation.
Experience of working with senior business and technology leaders.
Ability to create and manage governance, processes, roles, and execution plans.
Strong ability to solve problems, identify gaps, and bring clarity to complex situations.
Experience working with Directors, VPs, and executives.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively with business, product, engineering, and operations teams.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives from planning through execution.
Experience supporting AI, advanced analytics, data, digital, automation, or emerging technology initiatives. 
Agentic AI and Gen AI are preferred.
