Pay Range: $148000 - $150000/annum. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Experience: 12+ years in enterprise software development, system architecture, or distributed computing.
- Core Competencies: Advanced knowledge of cryptography, P2P networking, and blockchain consensus protocols.
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in multiple languages such as Go (Golang), Node.js, C++, Java, Python, or Solidity.
- Platform Expertise: Familiarity with public and enterprise chains (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum, Hyperledger, R3 Corda, IPFS).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional whiteboarding, communication, and leadership skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
