Role Objectives
The successful candidate will engage in diverse activities with the intention of designing, enhancing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The focus will be on elevating business operations through technical expertise and collaborative partnership.
Key Activities
- Engineer tailored solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365, targeting client-specific processes.
- Proficiency in executing and deploying CRM dynamics, inclusive of sales and marketing modules.
- Independently architect and develop high-performance applications that effectively meet client demands.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to refine project scopes and convert requirements into robust design strategies.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated proficiency in developing within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
- Adept at managing user access and securing Dynamics 365 environments, including a deep understanding of role-based controls within Power Platform.
- Skilled in the customization of Dynamics 365 offerings like custom modules, workflows, automated sequences, and business protocols.
- Versed in Azure Active Directory integrations and synergies with Microsoft's suite of services.
- Strong command of C#, .NET framework, JavaScript, and SQL, including expertise in developing web services utilizing RESTful and SOAP protocols.
- Established experience with the Power Platform, covering Power Apps (encompassing model-driven and canvas apps), Power Automate, and Power Component Framework (PCF) controls.
- Foundational knowledge in Azure services is preferred, with an emphasis on leveraging Azure Functions.
- Practical knowledge in data integration and manipulation using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
- Understanding of HTTP protocols and RESTful service architectures.
