Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technology Manager to lead data-driven initiatives across the automotive and supply chain domains. This role will oversee architecture, data engineering, analytics, cloud enablement, and AI/ML development, ensuring the delivery of scalable, secure, and high impact technology solutions. The ideal candidate blends strong technical expertise with leadership, innovation, and business acumen.
Key Responsibilities
Data & Analytics Leadership
- Lead strategy and execution for enterprise data platforms, ensuring high data quality, governance, and availability.
- Oversee development of data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and real-time data ingestion architectures.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate operational and supply chain requirements into analytical solutions.
Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
- Drive AI/ML initiatives including forecasting, anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, automation, and optimization models.
- Guide Global Team on model development, training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Ensure models are scalable, explainable, and aligned with business KPIs.
Cloud & AWS Architecture
- Architect and manage cloud-native solutions using AWS services (S3, Redshift, Glue, Lambda, ECS, SageMaker, DynamoDB, etc.).
- Implement best practices for cloud security, cost optimization, and performance.
- Lead cloud migration and modernization efforts.
Automotive & Supply Chain Technology
- Develop solutions supporting inventory optimization, logistics, warranty analytics, purchasing, and aftersales in automotive industry.
- Work closely with OEMs, suppliers, dealers, and distribution networks to ensure seamless integration of data and systems.
- Stay current on automotive technologies including connected vehicles, telematics, and digital retail ecosystems.
Team & Project Management
- Lead cross-functional teams including data engineers, cloud architects, analysts, and data scientists.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Technology Strategy & Innovation
- Define long-term technology roadmaps aligned with company growth.
- Evaluate emerging technologies in AI, automation, data platforms, and cloud tools.
- Champion adoption of modern best practices such as MLOps, DevOps, and DataOps.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in technology leadership roles with direct responsibility for data and cloud platforms.
- Strong expertise with AWS architecture and services.
- Hands-on experience in AI/ML, data engineering, and analytics environments.
- Background in automotive or supply chain domains strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage technical teams and complex, cross-functional projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
