Job description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and curious Junior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for Entry Level Candidates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are interested in working with data, supporting business decisions.
Whether you come from an IT or non-IT background, if you enjoy working with data and are willing to learn, this role is a great starting point.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in collecting and analysing business data
• Support the development of reports and dashboards
• Help identify trends and insights from data
• Work with BI tools to visualize business information
• Assist in data validation and data quality checks
• Support business teams with data-driven insights
• Maintain and update data reports and dashboards
• Collaborate with analysts and technical teams
• Document reporting processes and data sources
• Assist in preparing business performance reports
🎓 Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience or relevant internships in business intelligence, data analysis, or reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering)
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic understanding of data visualization tools
• Good communication and collaboration skills
