Job Title: QA Automation Engineer (Selenium)

Role Overview

We are seeking skilled QA Automation Engineers with strong experience in Selenium-based test automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable automation frameworks, executing test strategies, and ensuring high-quality software delivery. Exposure to TOSCA and AI-driven testing tools is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium
• Create and execute automated test scripts for web applications
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UI testing
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to understand requirements
• Identify, log, and track defects with clear documentation
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
• Improve test coverage, stability, and execution efficiency
• Support CI/CD integration for automated test execution

Required Skills

• 5–8+ years of QA Automation experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver
• Experience with programming languages like Java / Python
• Experience in TestNG / JUnit / Cucumber
• Strong understanding of automation frameworks (POM, Data-driven, Hybrid)
• Experience with API testing (REST/SOAP)
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, etc.)
• Strong debugging and analytical skills

Good to Have

• Experience with Tricentis Tosca
• Exposure to AI-based testing tools
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Knowledge of performance testing tools is a plus
