Job Title     : BlueCard Testing SME role.

Duration     : It's a 5 month (with possible extension)

Location     : Remote

Visa             : Any on W2

• This role will be responsible for leading end-to-end testing efforts across BlueCard transaction processing, including MTC processing, ITS integration, and downstream validation. This role will also play a significant role in the successful execution of GCT (Global Certification Testing).
• The ideal candidate possesses a strong combination of BlueCard business expertise (both Home and Host), hands-on testing experience, and technical understanding of Blue Card transactions through PlanConnexion, BlueExchange, ECM (Enterprise Content Management), and other BlueCard applications, with the ability to create test scenarios, establish testing conditions, execute testing, and validate results against BCBSA BlueCard requirements.
• This individual will serve as a key resource supporting testing strategy, execution, defect identification, root-cause analysis, and knowledge transfer across the testing organization.
