Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Technical Lead/ Developer to design, develop, and deliver scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, contribute hands-on to development, mentor engineering teams, and work closely with business stakeholders to deliver secure, high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead architecture, design, and development of full-stack applications.
Build and support scalable APIs, microservices, and responsive web applications.
Perform code reviews and enforce development best practices.
Design integrations using REST APIs, messaging, and event-driven architectures.
Lead Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical delivery.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and optimize application performance.
Mentor developers and drive engineering excellence.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and business stakeholders.
Required Skills
10+ years of Full Stack development experience with 3+ years as Technical Lead.
Frontend: React or Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
Backend: Java/Spring Boot, .NET, or Node.js
Strong experience with REST APIs, Microservices, GraphQL/SOAP
Databases: PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB
Cloud: Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
DevOps: Git, Jenkins/GitHub Actions, CI/CD
Containers: Docker, Kubernetes
Messaging: Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus
Experience with Agile/Scrum and application security best practices.
Primary Skills : AWS, Node JS and Mongo DD
Preferred Skills
AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot or similar)
Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform)
Experience in Retail, Digital Commerce, Hospitality, or QSR
