Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Directory Services Engineer (AD, DS, LDAP) with strong expertise in Active Directory, Hybrid Entra ID, Identity Management, and Windows Infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting enterprise-scale multi-domain Active Directory environments, troubleshooting complex identity-related issues, and collaborating with global engineering and operations teams.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and support enterprise Active Directory and Hybrid Entra ID environments
- Monitor and maintain Active Directory, Azure AD Connect, and related infrastructure services
- Collaborate with Engineering and Operations teams to deliver next-generation identity platforms
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Active Directory and authentication-related issues
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions for recurring incidents
- Manage and resolve customer incident tickets within established SLAs
- Provide senior-level technical guidance and support to global engineering teams

- Partner with Risk and Compliance teams to ensure security and regulatory compliance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for Identity and Directory Services platforms
