Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Azure Cloud Architect with strong expertise across Azure cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, DevOps, and application development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, resilient Azure solutions and supporting modern cloud-native applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available Microsoft Azure cloud architectures.
• Lead Azure cloud infrastructure design including Virtual Networks, Subnets, NSGs, Load Balancers, Azure Storage, and compute services.
• Design and manage Azure platform services including AKS, App Services, Azure Functions, API Management, Key Vault, and Azure Monitor.
• Develop and implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and other DevOps tools.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or similar technologies.
• Work with Docker and Kubernetes/AKS to build and manage containerized applications.
• Design and support microservices and cloud-native application architectures.
• Collaborate with application development teams using Java, .NET, Python, or similar technologies.
• Establish cloud security, monitoring, logging, performance, and reliability best practices.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, application deployment, and operational processes.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to development, infrastructure, and DevOps teams.
• Troubleshoot complex Azure infrastructure, application, deployment, and performance issues.
• Ensure Azure solutions follow enterprise security, scalability, availability, and cost-optimization standards.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Strong knowledge of Azure Cloud Infrastructure and Networking.
• Strong experience with Azure Platform Engineering.
• Strong experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD.
• Experience with Terraform / Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Experience with Docker and containerized applications.
• Strong understanding of microservices and REST APIs.
• Application development experience with Java, .NET, Python, or similar technologies.
• Experience with Azure security, monitoring, identity, and access management.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, scalability, resiliency, and high availability.

Preferred

• Azure certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) or related certifications.
• Experience with enterprise-scale Azure environments.
• Experience with cloud migration and modernization.
• Experience with distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
