Description Robert Half is seeking a
Lead SAP Analyst professional to lead the design, enhancement, and support of SAP LE solutions in a complex enterprise environment. This role will partner with business and IT teams to improve logistics processes, drive SAP initiatives, and provide technical leadership across SAP ECC and S/4 HANA environments.
This is a Direct Hire position that will require a hybrid work schedule in Milwaukee or Appleton.Sponsorship is not available for this role. Key Responsibilities- Lead the design, configuration, and enhancement of SAP Logistics Execution solutions, including Inventory Management, Warehouse Management/Stock Room Management, Handling Unit Management, and shipping processes.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and improve end-to-end logistics processes.
- Support integration across SAP modules including Materials Management (MM), Sales & Distribution (SD), and Production Planning (PP).
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to SAP analysts, promote best practices, and serve as an escalation point for complex issues.
- Lead SAP enhancement projects, system improvements, testing efforts, and production support activities.
- Identify opportunities to leverage automation, AI-assisted tools, improved data quality, and modern integration approaches to improve operational efficiency.
- Support EDI and IDoc processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliable system performance.
- Participate in on-call support and provide HyperCare support during major releases or critical business events.
Requirements Required Qualifications- 8+ years of SAP functional experience with at least 5 years focused on SAP ECC 6.0 and/or SAP S/4 HANA.
- Deep expertise with SAP Logistics Execution configuration, including IM, WM, handling units, delivery processing, route determination, and LE-TRA.
- Experience leading multiple full lifecycle SAP implementations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business needs into effective SAP solutions.
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
- SAP certification in Logistics, EWM, or Transportation Management.
- Experience with SAP Fiori applications.
- Knowledge of SAP EWM, Transportation Management, and AI-enabled SAP tools such as SAP Joule or similar technologies.
