Job Summary:
Seeking a hands-on AI Native Software Engineer to build and deploy enterprise AI-driven solutions. The role focuses on AI agents, RAG workflows, cloud-native development, and scalable backend systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build AI agents, RAG pipelines, orchestration workflows, and tool integrations
  • Integrate AI platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex AI, and open-source models
  • Develop scalable microservices, APIs, containers, and serverless solutions
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, Helm, monitoring, and observability
  • Build AI-powered enterprise applications and backend services
  • Test, optimize, and troubleshoot AI systems for performance, latency, and cost

Required Skills:

  • 8–10+ years of software engineering experience
  • Strong experience with cloud-native systems, APIs, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless architecture
  • Hands-on experience building production AI/LLM systems (Agents, RAG, orchestration)
  • Strong Python, Java, or backend development experience
  • Experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and monitoring tools
  • Experience with AI platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, or Vertex AI

Preferred:

  • Experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks
  • Multi-agent/distributed AI systems experience
  • Enterprise integration and AI cost optimization experience

Additional Notes:

  • Fully hands-on engineering role
  • No people management responsibilities
  • Focus on production-ready development and deployments
