Oracle Cloud Functional Lead Projects / Grants

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Functional Lead Projects & Grants with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Projects and Grants Management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on implementation experience within K-12 school districts, higher education institutions, or public sector/government organizations, with a solid understanding of fund accounting, grant lifecycle management, and public sector financial controls.

This role will serve as the functional lead responsible for solution design, configuration, stakeholder engagement, and successful delivery of Projects and Grants modules.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of Oracle Financials/ERP experience (EBS and/or Fusion).

• 2+ full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Fusion Cloud Projects and/or Grants.

• Experience working with K-12 school districts, higher education, or public sector clients.

• Strong knowledge of:

  • Fund accounting

  • Grant lifecycle management

  • Budgetary controls

  • Capital project accounting

• Experience with FBDI data migration and reconciliation.

• Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills
