Role Overview

Client is seeking an experienced Aruba Wireless Network Engineer to support and optimize enterprise wireless network infrastructure for a large organization in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Aruba wireless technologies, network design, deployment, and troubleshooting in complex enterprise environments.

This role will focus on maintaining reliable, secure, and high-performing wireless networks while collaborating with infrastructure, security, and operations teams.

Required Skills & Experience

✔ 5+ years of experience in wireless network engineering
✔ Strong hands-on experience with Aruba wireless technologies
✔ Experience with Aruba Mobility Controllers, Aruba Central, or AirWave
✔ Knowledge of 802.11 wireless standards and wireless network design
✔ Strong troubleshooting skills in enterprise wireless environments
✔ Experience with network authentication protocols (802.1X, RADIUS, WPA2/WPA3)
✔ Understanding of LAN/WAN networking, routing, and switching

Preferred Qualifications

• Aruba certifications such as ACMP, ACSP, or ACDP
• Experience performing wireless site surveys and RF optimization
• Experience with network monitoring and performance tools
• Experience in large enterprise or campus network environments
