Pay Range: $75 - $80/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of interrelated projects within complex programs, ensuring delivery on time and within scope. Define objectives, scope, resource requirements, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Establish and enforce project management governance, processes, project plans, schedules, templates, and reporting frameworks for cross-functional transformation initiatives spanning IT, Sales, Channel, Marketing, Product Management, and other business functions.
  • Ensure consistent program documentation and executive communications, including meeting minutes, project updates, steering committee materials, and communications for senior and C-level stakeholders.
  • Define and manage SIT/UAT governance, including test scripts, test data, defect triage, retesting, regression testing, and go/no-go criteria.
  • Partner with vendors and technical teams to validate fixes, complete regression testing, and ensure solutions are ready for business retesting.
  • Lead cutover planning and execution, including runbooks, sequencing, readiness tracking, escalation management, and go-live coordination.
  • Provide program metrics, reporting, and actionable insights to support leadership decision-making, prioritization, and issue resolution.
  • Research, analyze, and recommend solutions and best practices, providing leadership with clear insights and structured options.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to define objectives, KPIs, and success metrics for measuring program and project outcomes.
  • Review and analyze business requirements and facilitate alignment between desired business outcomes and IT solution plans.
  • Translate technical concepts, project risks, dependencies, and business impacts into clear and actionable communications for stakeholders and leadership.
  • Manage scope changes, dependencies, risks, issues, and cross-functional interventions to ensure program objectives are achieved.
  • Conduct post-launch debriefs and incorporate feedback into lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify required resources and SMEs while bridging gaps and eliminating silos across workstreams.
  • Support overall program readiness and ensure effective coordination across business, IT, vendors, and PMO stakeholders.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • 3 5 years of experience in program or project management, with preferred experience leading Supply Chain and Order-to-Cash functions through SAP IBP and SAP S/4HANA ERP implementations.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-phase programs end-to-end across Plan Build SIT/UAT Cutover Hypercare.
  • Experience developing and executing SIT/UAT strategies, defect triage processes, regression testing plans, and cutover runbooks for ERP implementations and go-lives.
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA, structured RAID logs, and collaborative tools such as Google Drive, Google Sheets, Slack, and Zoom within an Agile/iterative delivery environment.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and execution skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
  • Ability to effectively engage stakeholders across business, IT, vendors, and executive leadership.
  • PMP or CAPM certification preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and change management principles is a plus.
