Seeking a senior-level Manhattan Active WMS Consultant / Technology Specialist with 8+ years of total warehouse management system (WMS) experience and at least 4+ years of dedicated implementation, configuration, and integration experience in Manhattan Active WMS for a 12-month contract role in Richardson, TX 75082.
The ideal candidate will possess hands-on delivery expertise across full lifecycle WMS implementations—from initial design and gap analysis through Go-Live and hypercare—with specialized integration mastery connecting Manhattan Active WMS with Dematic MHE / WCS systems and Oracle RMS.
#Key Responsibilities
Manhattan Active WMS Architecture & Configuration: Lead end-to-end design, module configuration, process blueprinting, and solution validation for Manhattan Active WMS enterprise deployments.
MHE & ERP Integration Engineering: Architect, configure, and maintain robust data integration interfaces linking Manhattan Active WMS with Dematic MHE/WCS automation hardware, Oracle RMS, and enterprise TMS platforms.
Full Implementation Lifecycle Ownership: Drive technical and functional execution across requirement elicitation, detailed design, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover execution, and post-go-live hypercare stabilization.
Operational Process Optimization: Analyze 3PL and warehouse logistics workflows to suggest and implement operational process improvements, automated routing, and throughput efficiency gains.
Stakeholder & Operational Support: Provide tier-3 production support, rapid triage during hypercare, issue resolution, and ongoing operational governance for warehouse management teams.
#Required Qualifications
Core Tenure: 8+ years of total experience in Supply Chain Management and WMS technologies (MA WMOS / Active WMS).
Must-Have Platform Stack: 4+ years of hands-on implementation and configuration experience specifically in Manhattan Active WMS, coupled with Dematic MHE / WCS system experience and Oracle RMS integration.
