Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement OT cybersecurity strategies, policies, standards, and security architectures.
• Assess and secure OT/ICS environments, including SCADA, DCS, PLCs, HMIs, RTUs, and industrial networks.
• Develop OT asset inventories, network diagrams, asset criticality classifications, and risk assessments. 
• Implement OT network segmentation, industrial DMZs, secure remote access, and IT/OT boundary controls.
• Conduct OT security assessments, vulnerability management, configuration reviews, and risk-based remediation planning. 
• Deploy and manage OT security monitoring, intrusion detection, and threat detection solutions.
• Develop and maintain incident response, disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity procedures for OT environments.
• Support secure system integration, patch management, change management, and configuration management.
• Collaborate with engineering and plant operations teams to implement security controls without disrupting production or compromising safety.
• Support compliance assessments, audit preparation, security documentation, and remediation tracking.
• Work with vendors and system integrators to assess the security of industrial equipment and third-party access.
• Provide security guidance for new industrial systems, modernization initiatives, and digital transformation projects.

Required Technical Skills :

• Strong understanding of OT/ICS security architecture and industrial control systems.
• Hands-on experience with SCADA, DCS, PLCs, HMIs, RTUs, and industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, DNP3, OPC UA, and PROFINET.
• Knowledge of industrial network segmentation, firewalls, VPNs, jump servers, secure remote access, and zero-trust principles.
• Experience with OT asset discovery, vulnerability assessment, security monitoring, and incident response.
• Familiarity with industrial cybersecurity solutions from vendors such as Claroty, Nozomi Networks, Dragos, and Microsoft Defender for IoT.
• Understanding of Windows and Linux systems, identity and access management, endpoint security, and network security.
• Knowledge of secure backup and recovery, patching constraints, legacy system protection, and operational resilience.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and translate technical findings into practical remediation plans.
