Position DescriptionThis role is responsible for translating business capabilities into solution concepts, models, and functional and technical requirements. The individual will define design strategies, technology patterns, and service structures, while providing architecture and information-management governance. The role also supports enterprise capability integration by identifying opportunities for alignment across systems and processes and selecting appropriate implementation strategies and technologies at the enterprise and portfolio levels.
Key Responsibilities- Architect, design, and deliver high-quality, performant, and accessible user interfaces using ReactJS and modern front-end technologies
- Lead development and maintenance of Micro-Frontend architectures using Module Federation and Single-SPA, enabling scalable, independently deployable front-end modules
- Define and maintain technical architecture for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)-based applications using SPA and Content as a Service (CaaS) patterns
- Develop and maintain AEM solutions, including component development, content modeling, workflows, and deployment pipelines
- Build robust, reusable component libraries and frameworks to improve consistency and developer productivity
- Develop scalable Node.js services and APIs to support full-stack application requirements
- Partner with backend engineers, UX/UI designers, product owners, and architects to translate business needs into technically sound solutions
- Ensure seamless integration of Micro-Frontends across teams and platforms, maintaining a cohesive user experience
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement
- Conduct thorough code reviews and uphold engineering standards
- Champion Test-Driven Development (TDD), clean code practices, and pair programming
- Drive architectural decisions supporting scalability, security, performance, and reliability
- Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and cross-platform scalability
- Implement modern authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT)
- Lead technical discovery and spike efforts to navigate ambiguity and inform architectural decisions
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and contribute to engineering standards and best practices
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices
Required SkillsFront-End Software Engineering- Strong engineering mindset beyond basic coding
- Demonstrated use of TDD, clean code principles, and modular UI design
React & Node.js- Experience building full-stack applications
- Deep understanding of state management (Redux, Context API) and asynchronous API design
Google Cloud Platform - Cloud Run- Experience with containerized applications and serverless deployment
- Knowledge of Docker packaging, auto-scaling, and environment configuration
Java (AEM Backend)- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming
- Experience with AEM backend development, including OSGi bundles and Sling Models
Experience Required- Senior Associate level
- 6-10 years of overall IT experience
- 4+ years in the primary technical concentration
Additional Technical Experience (Required)- HTML5: Strong semantic markup and WCAG accessibility compliance
- Cloud Architecture: Experience designing decoupled, resilient systems; Micro-Frontend architecture knowledge
- Artificial Intelligence & Expert Systems (Good to Have): Experience integrating AI/ML services (e.g., LLMs, Agentic AI) into web applications
Additional Information- Hybrid Schedule: 4 days per week onsite (Monday-Thursday)
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience with state management tools (Redux, Zustand, React Query)
- Proficiency with front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel, Vite, npm/yarn)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices patterns
- Demonstrated experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Education- Required: Bachelor's Degree
- Preferred: Master's Degree
