Networking / connectivity issues

Infrastructure performance issues

Automation / Scripting

PowerShell scripting is required

Exposure to enterprise collaboration or productivity environments
Familiarity with large financial enterprise environments

Program Context

The team is running a pilot program to migrate on-prem VDI infrastructure to cloud desktops.
Azure is the primary cloud platform being used for the migration.
This role will help build and support the cloud desktop environment as users are transitioned from legacy VDI.
The environment uses a newer internal component called GSA (currently only used by a couple large financial institutions).

Candidates are NOT expected to have experience with this.

PowerShell scripting is important for automation and operational support.
