Responsibilities
- Craft and implement financial strategies to support the company's transition to a software-first model.
- Manage financial forecasting, budgeting, and capital allocation to maximize growth.
- Identify and pursue investment opportunities, M&A targets, and strategic partnerships.
- Ensure financial operations comply with GAAP and optimize processes to enhance cash flow.
- Develop financial models for new business lines and expansion strategies.
- Maintain compliance with financial regulations and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team to drive strategic execution.
Skills
- Extensive experience in finance, investment strategy, or corporate financial leadership.
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, mergers & acquisitions, and investment analysis.
- Proven track record in capital raising and structuring investment deals.
- Hands-on experience with financial systems, reporting tools, and ERP software.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in high-growth companies, SaaS, or tech-enabled service businesses.
- Understanding of corporate finance, FP&A, and capital markets.
- Advanced degrees or certifications such as MBA, CFA, or CPA.
