we are a Tier 1 vendor for the City and County of San Francisco for Cloud Services, Staffing Services and Training Services. For this multi-year opportunity with a diverse set of needs to address, we are currently focusing on establishing partnerships with individuals as well as companies who can help us enhance our overall service portfolio, cut lead times, and ultimately help us deliver successfully. We currently hold sizable Government accounts in the San Francisco bay area including City and County of San Francisco, San Mateo County, and Santa Clara County.

Roles/Responsibilities:

Development & configuration of a custom-built .NET development project.
Designs, codes, compiles, tests, debugs, and documents web applications, maintenance, and support of applications.
Monitors, reviews, and audits performance of the customer-agency's replacement software and makes performance improvements.
Cooperation with LDWF's Technical Architect and other OTS technical teams to ensure compliance with OTS standards of State applications.
Provides technical knowledge transfer, training, and documentation to OTS and Customer Agency staff for all requested work.
Participates by providing feedback and detailed design and implementation approaches in all necessary team meetings and design sessions in accordance with Scrum ceremonies.
Performs all other tasks, special projects, analysis, studies, and plans as directed.

Mandatory Skills:

Two (2) plus years of full-stack experience in any combination of the following areas:

C#
ASP.NET Core
MSSQL

One (1) plus years of enterprise-level software development

Desirable Skills:

Two (2) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas:

Recent experience developing applications in MVC architecture using .NET Core 2.x or 3.x or .NET 5 and greater
Bootstrap
Javascript
SQL Server
DevOps Practices (CI/CD)

One (1) plus years of experience using Vue/React frameworks
Experience working on a development team
Experience with client engagements on design, delivery, deployment and on-going maintenance
Previous experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
