Join us!Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Support IT application needs for all staff.
- Development of protocols for staff technology usage.
- Function as a liaison with IT Department regarding network support issues.
- Function as a liaison with Legends Global IT Department regarding corporate applications and systems issues.
- Report creation and writing for business analysis purposes.
- Assistance in development of marketing and business presentation technology-related projects.
- Training and support for Microsoft Office usage by staff.
- Identification and implementation of other software applications to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Identification and implementation of hardware opportunities to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Troubleshooting of application and network problems.
- All other duties as assigned
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESCarries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with all Legends Global policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience - BA degree in Computer Sciences required.
- At least 2 years of IT support experience.
Skills and Abilities - Strong knowledge of business office applications and systems.
- Knowledge of report writing applications, including Crystal Reports, etc.
- Must have communication skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to translate non-technical needs communication into technical development capabilities.
- Excellent organizational, planning, communication and inter-personal skills.
- Ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of wireless technology applications and interface availability.
- Working knowledge of Palm OS, Windows CE, and Blackberry capabilities and support.
- Proficiency in Windows XP support.
- Proficiency in Novell network and Windows NT support.
- Extreme proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
