Scrum Master

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an experienced Scrum Master located in the Salt Lake City, UT area. This candidate is to support one or more Agile teams on an Agile Release Train (ART). The Scrum Master acts as a servant leader and coach, helping teams apply Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe principles to deliver value at scale. This role focuses on enabling team success, facilitating SAFe events, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement across the ART and the organization.

REQUIREMENTS:
* SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification; Additional SAFe certifications (SA, SPC, RTE) a plus
* 5+ years of experience leading a development team implementing principles of Agile software development
* 5+ years of experience with SAFe
* Experience with large-scale or enterprise Agile transformations
* Experience working with distributed or multi-team environment
* Experience as a Scrum Master in a SAFe environment
* Experience working on Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
* Experience using Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, etc.)
* Background in software development, QA, DevOps, or product management
* Strong knowledge of SAFe, Scrum, Agile, and Lean principles
* Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
* Proven ability to coach teams and leaders in Agile ways of working

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
