Candidates must have experience supporting Accounting/Finance systems and Salesforce environments . Candidates will Coordinate and manage all projects within the Accounting and Salesforce technology teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives as well as Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependency tracking.
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Capital Markets and Trading Technology to lead complex, high-impact initiatives across front office, risk, and post-trade environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing end-to-end delivery of trading platform implementations, market data integrations, regulatory programs, and cloud or infrastructure modernization within highly regulated banking or financial services organizations. This role requires strong stakeholder management, governance oversight, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams across technology, business, and vendor landscapes while ensuring compliance, scalability, and operational resilience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Capital Markets and Trading projects including trading systems, risk platforms, market data, and post-trade integrations.
- Manage full project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure) using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
- Partner with Front Office, Trading, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Technology teams to define scope, roadmap, and delivery milestones.
- Drive implementation and upgrades of trading platforms (Equities, Fixed Income, FX, or Derivatives) and related infrastructure.
- Oversee regulatory and compliance-aligned initiatives (e.g., market risk, trade surveillance, reporting, and audit readiness).
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, resource allocation, and financial tracking for multi-million-dollar programs.
- Maintain RAID logs, manage dependencies, and proactively mitigate risks in fast-paced trading environments.
- Coordinate vendor management, third-party integrations, and external technology partners.
- Provide executive-level reporting, including status dashboards, RAG reporting, financial burn, and risk heatmaps to steering committees.
- Ensure successful release management, UAT coordination, and production go-live readiness for mission-critical trading applications.
- Support cloud migration, DevOps adoption, and modernization of legacy trading and capital markets platforms.
- Establish strong governance frameworks aligned with enterprise PMO standards and regulatory controls.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of Project Management experience within Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or Trading Technology environments.
- Proven experience delivering trading, market data, or capital markets technology projects.
- Strong understanding of front office, middle office, and back office workflows.
- Experience working in regulated financial environments with audit, risk, and compliance governance.
- Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
- Proficiency with project management and reporting tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Clarity, or ServiceNow.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional global teams and vendors.
- Bachelor s degree in business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification.
- Experience with trading systems (e.g., OMS/EMS), market data platforms, or risk systems.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) in capital markets environments.
- Familiarity with regulatory initiatives (MiFID, Dodd-Frank, Basel, or similar).
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and large-scale cloud or infrastructure transformation programs.
