Channel Operations Analyst 3

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Columbus, OH that is seeking a strong Channel Operations Analyst to join a new team to support data management and process improvements. Experienced Analysts with attention to detail, proficiency in data management tools, and ability to manage and reconcile large datasets across multiple systems. This is a remote role.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
* 5+ years of applicable experience
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
* Proficiency in data management tools (e.g., Excel - advanced formulas, pivot tables; Experience with CRM or ERP systems preferred)
* Ability to manage and reconcile large datasets across multiple systems
* Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across internal teams and external partners
* Process improvement mindset with experience identifying inefficiencies and driving operational enhancements
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
* Basic understanding of data governance, metadata management, and system integrations preferred

Preferred:
* Detailed working knowledge of course material distribution landscape in the Higher Education market
* Exposure to data analysis tools (such as Power BI, Tableau or Alteryx)
* Experience using Business Intelligence queries or SQL

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
